During the breakout session, there was discussion on using parent talent surveys to help build better Unit Leader Teams. Parent survey forms (from BSA National) for Packs, Troops and Crews are also posted — I could not find one for Ships. Please feel free to modify these forms as you see fit for your unit’s use.
