Does your unit need to earn funds for events and activities? Was your unit unable to have your scheduled spring fundriaser? Are you a new unit looking for ideas on how to earn funds?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then please join us and we will show you how your unit can earn enough money in one fundraiser to support your Scouting adventures for the entire year!
We’ve got a way so simple, you don’t even need to touch the product to earn money for your unit.
Registration is required and the link will be emailed to you the morning of the scheduled meeting.
You must attend one of the virtual training sessions for your unit to earn an extra 3% above the base of 30% and pay on-time.

Popcorn Pickup Locations
We have two distribution sites.
If you are in the Post Road District, Headwaters District or Metacomet District, you will pick up at:
Cumberland Farms
165 Flanders Road, Westborough
If you are in the Sachem District or Cranberry Harbors District, you will pick up at:
Sysco Boston
99 Spring Street, Plympton
Pickup Dates and Times: Please ensure someone from your unit picks up the popcorn during these times.
Show N Sell: Saturday, September 11th 8:00 – 9:30am
Take Orders: Saturday, November 20th – 8:00 am – 9:30 am
Before you leave you must sign your order indicating you have received all product. We will not be held responsible for missing items once you have signed your order.
Want Your Popcorn Early?
That is right! You can have your popcorn in hand on Wednesday, September 8th (Westborough) or Friday, September 10th (Plympton). Your unit can start selling earlier than everyone else. We need lots of volunteers (must be 18+) to help sort the popcorn to get ready for Saturday morning pickups. Commitment is from 1:00 – 4:00 pm on one of those days.
We could also use a few hands on Saturday morning to help load cars. Please note, if you are helping at either warehouse, you will need to wear close toed shoes.
Paper Recycling Day
Tax season is now over and Sachem District is holding a Paper Recycling Day Fundraiser on May 4th.
A truck from New England Security Shredders will be at the Crescent Ridge Dairy in Sharon located at 355 Bay Rd, Sharon, MA 02067 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM.
A minimum donation of $10 per box is suggested (although remember it is a fundraiser for the council’s Investment in Character Campaign).
You will receive a voucher for $1.00 off the purchase of any ice cream or sundae with your donation.
