This instructor-led course is designed to help Cub Leaders and Boy Scout Leaders learn how to effectively carry out their Scouting roles. In most cases, completing the course will make a Scouter “trained” for the role(s) covered in the course.
Participant interest and need will determine the actual content of this session. More than one topic may be offered if there is enough interest. Dependent on attendance position specific topics offered may include:
- Boy Scout Leadership
- Venturing Leadership
- Exploring Leadership
- Committee Members
- Cub Scout Leaders
- Or others as interest demands
